Coordinates closely with the executive and development team over chat and email.
Researches, edits, and writes suitable content in English for company web sites.
Recommends web site features based on Internet market surveying and research.
Researches competing web sites and gathers and tabulates competitive information.
Handles web site email/chat correspondence/support/inquiries with potential clients or existing clients.
Operates the web sites’ back end administrative interface via password protected web browser and performs a multitude of web based maintenance and/or workflow functions.
Develops business leads through Online research and prioritizes/qualifies the leads based on predetermined criteria.
Initiates and follows up sales driven communications with leads using email.
Writes web site functionality plans and content gathering procedures.
Manages day-to-day management and content requirements of web site portal.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or equivalent 4-year degree in literature or business (or consummate experience in a business/sales/banking setting).
Experience with (or understanding of) the International Monetary System and Finance is required, in particular in regards to international banking and currency exchange.
Outstanding International Internet browsing/researching skills (Search Engines, Directories, etc).
Excellent business writing skills (English language, preferably familiar with US spelling).
Must be proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access.
Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
Must be self-motivated and success driven.
Must pass company test for Internet, business fundamentals, and research skills.
Must have good analytical skills.
Must know Windows Operating System (NT, W2k, or XP) and MSIE and Netscape Browsers.
Understanding of Basic Algebra and Geometry are a plus.
Valid Passport(optional) and references/background check.
